Job Duties

 Assist in preparing and organizing tender documentation as per bid requirements.

 Maintain records of submitted tenders, supporting documents, and bid status.

 Visit Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and other

Government organizations to arrange meetings and build professional relationships.

 Coordinate with Government officials for vendor registration, document submissions, and tender-related queries.

 Follow up on tender status, bid results, and customer requirements.

 Maintain and update a database of Government departments, key contacts, and upcoming tender opportunities.

 Perform any other tender or Government sales-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

 Attend Exhibition related to PSU for New Business opportunities

Job / Knowledge Requirements:

 Graduate

 0–1 year of experience in tendering, sales coordination,



or a related field. Fresh graduates with a robust willingness to learn may also apply.

 Basic knowledge of Government procurement and tendering processes.

 Understanding of tender documentation and bid submission procedures.

 Ability to learn and work with Government e-procurement portals such as GeM and other tender portals.

 Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Basic MS Excel/Word proficiency

 Willingness to travel for official meetings

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
