Job Summary

Mithra Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and messages.
- Handle incoming leads and understand customer requirements.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and update lead status regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
- Any degree.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
