Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (target-based, earnings up to 10K depending on performance).

The Junior

Recruiter will source candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks, and manage job postings to ensure accurate and engaging descriptions. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to align expectations, share updates, and support smooth hiring processes.

The Junior

Recruiter will work toward defined hiring targets, track progress against recruitment metrics, and collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities, including experience using job boards, social media, and professional networking tools.




- Effective communication skills for conducting phone or video interviews, coordinating schedules, and maintaining professional, clear written communication.
- Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems or candidate databases, and ability to manage structured records and recruitment pipelines.
- Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working in a target-based environment and ability to manage time and priorities to meet hiring objectives.
- Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical handling of candidate information.
- Prior internship or junior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- High school diploma required; a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
