About Ayush Ortho

Ayush Ortho is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including doctors, therapists, pharmacists, customer care executives, front office staff, and other healthcare support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Any degree is preferred.




- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and department heads.
- Target-oriented approach with a sense of urgency in closing vacancies.
