Designation:- Sales Executive

Location : Koregaon Park, Pune

6 days WFO (2nd and 4th Sat Off’s)

Key Responsibilities

Fresher - 1 years of experience in Sales

Good comm skills

Kharadi - 1 position

Koregaon Park - 3 position A fresher Real Estate Sales Executive acts as the primary link between property buyers and the development firm, focusing on lead generation, client communication, and site visits to drive property sales.

Roles and Responsibilities for Freshers

- Lead Generation & Management: Contact incoming digital, phone, or walk-in leads, make outbound calls, and enter client data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Client Consultation & Follow-ups: Understand customer budget, location preference, and housing needs, and follow up regularly to keep prospects engaged.
- Property Site Visits: Accompany prospective buyers to project sites or sample flats, explaining project features, amenities, pricing, and construction updates.
- Field Learning & Shadowing: Work alongside senior sales managers or assistant sales managers to observe negotiation tactics, pricing breakdowns, and deal-closing techniques.
- Market Awareness: Learn local micro-markets (such as Pune’s key residential and IT corridors), competitor pricing, and basic real estate terminology.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing basic booking forms, tracking sales funnels,



and updating daily or monthly activity reports for management.
