? Position: Jr. IT & Application Support Engineer
? Location: Daman
? Salary: ₹2.60 – ₹3.60 LPA
? Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. Computer Science / BE/B.Tech (IT/CS) / Relevant Diploma
? Experience: 0–2 Years
? Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
? Working Days: 6 Days

? Job Responsibilities:
- Desktop/laptop, Windows, software & printer troubleshooting
- Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet & network support
- Software installation and configuration
- Coordinate with external IT vendors
- Support internal applications such as HR, Leave Management & QA/QC systems
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging and application maintenance
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude for coding/problem-solving
- Gradually take ownership of internally developed applications
? Required Skills:
✅ Windows & hardware/software troubleshooting
✅ Basic networking knowledge
✅ Basic programming/coding & logical understanding
✅ Basic SQL/database knowledge
✅ Comfortable understanding and troubleshooting code
✅ Python / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / APIs / Git – added advantage
✅ Comfortable using AI tools for coding and problem-solving
✅ Valuable learning ability and hands-on troubleshooting approach
