Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales invoicing, billing, and accurate sales accounting.
- Debtor ageing analysis and monitoring of outstanding receivables.
- Customer payment follow-ups and timely collection realization.
- Customer ledger reconciliation and resolution of account discrepancies.
- Monitoring of credit limits, payment terms and overdue balances.
- Preparation of sales, collection and debtor ageing MIS reports.
- GST compliance and maintenance of sales-related documentation.
- Coordination with sales, dispatch, logistics, and customers.
- Accounting of customer receipts, advances, credit notes and debit notes.
- Support in month-end closing, audits and process improvements.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
