Role Description The Co-Founder role at Capvise Media is a full-time remote position focused on building and scaling media ventures within the broader Capvise Group portfolio. In this role, you will define and refine the venture’s vision, positioning, and content strategy, and collaborate on the development of products, services, and experiences that align with the brand and audience needs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordinating with creators and partners, guiding marketing and growth initiatives, and analyzing performance data to inform decisions.





You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue-generation efforts such as sales, sponsorships, and collaborations. This role also involves close collaboration with other Capvise Group ventures to share insights, resources, and best practices that strengthen the overall ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to assess markets, audiences, and venture performance.
- Excellent communication skills for working with partners, team members, and stakeholders across remote settings.
- Sales and marketing experience, including the ability to develop value propositions and growth strategies.
- Proven ability to operate in early-stage or entrepreneurial environments, with a track record of initiative and ownership.
- Familiarity with media, content, or digital platforms and an understanding of audience development and engagement.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and comfort making decisions with imperfect information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial.
