About the Role InCred Finance is seeking a dynamic, performance-driven, and customer-focused Team Leader to spearhead our Video KYC (VKYC) operations team in Thane. In this role, you will lead daily verification operations, optimize customer conversion rates, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of VKYC Executives. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily case allocations and optimize key metrics including completion rates, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and customer drop-off reduction.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to RBI/KYC regulations, internal policy guidelines, verification accuracy, and call quality standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless,



highly professional verification journey for customers while identifying and fixing process friction points.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and present daily operational dashboards (Completion Rates, TAT, Attendance, Quality Scores) and recommend continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 26 years of experience in operations or customer service, with prior team handling experience in VKYC, Digital On boarding, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BOP/Contact Center environments.
- Communication: Robust command of English and Hindi. Fluency in regional languages (Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Marathi) is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, dashboard reporting, and operational software applications.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record in performance management, driving compliance, and analyzing operational gaps.
