We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Direct Sales Force team to recruit, develop, and manage Insurance Advisors for the Life Insurance business.

The role involves identifying potential Insurance Advisors, sourcing suitable candidates, supporting advisor onboarding, and driving business growth through the advisor network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors through various sourcing channels.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.
- Explain the Insurance Advisor role, business opportunities, and earning potential to prospective candidates.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups to convert interested candidates into active advisors.
- Support advisor onboarding, documentation, and licensing processes as applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruited Insurance Advisors.




- Motivate and support advisors to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor advisor activation, productivity, and business performance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve advisor engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Candidate Profile
- 1 to 7 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Bancassurance, or Direct Sales.
- Experience in Insurance Advisor recruitment, agency development, or advisor sourcing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source, recruit, and build relationships with potential advisors.
- Strong networking, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and business development activities.
