About Creative Designs

Creative Designs is a jewellery manufacturing and export company based in Jaipur, specializing in handcrafted jewellery and serving international clients.

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary records, and employee benefits.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline.
- Monitor employee performance, punctuality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Support employee engagement activities and general administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll, and labour compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities.
