Job for Sales Coordinator in Gondal Reputed Manufacturing Company Requires Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Receive customer orders and prepare sales orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding daily orders, targets, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Transport, and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Maintain daily sales, order, dispatch, and pending-order reports.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related paperwork.
- Track vehicle dispatch and delivery status and update customers and sales staff.
- Maintain customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts for follow-up.
- Maintain proper communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Perform other sales coordination activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and ERP/Software.
- Good follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid numerical and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills with basic English preferred.

Required Education: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience
