Job Summary

Wellflare Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG market.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and market reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.




- Follow up with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits, if required.
