Role & Responsibilities The Jira Specialist is an experienced administrator and automation expert who enjoys innovation and developing solutions to better make use of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence•
A minimum of 2 years of experience with hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
- Experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence
- Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira
- Experience managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications
- Experience in using/extending REST API Services provided by Atlassian
- Experience creating JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms and attributes
