Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the jewelry showroom, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on merchandising strategies and product knowledge.

- Develop and implement effective retail management plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Foster solid relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-9 years of experience in retail management or a related field (jewelry industry preferred).

- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve sales targets.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving common goals.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
