Role Description The Jewelry Salesperson role at Luck Agate is a full time, on-site position based in Anand. In this role, the team member will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Daily tasks include presenting products, explaining features and pricing, handling sales transactions, and ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and properly stocked.

The Jewelry

Salesperson will answer customer questions, manage exchanges or returns in line with store policies, and contribute to meeting individual and store sales goals.



The role also involves keeping the store environment clean and organized, learning product details and current promotions, and collaborating with colleagues and management to support a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to convert customer interest into purchases and support store revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and provide a respectful, helpful experience.
- Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge skills to explain materials, designs, care instructions, and value propositions of jewelry items.
- Candidates should possess basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, including experience with POS systems, billing, and inventory checks.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in jewelry or fashion retail, fluency in local languages and English, attention to detail, reliability in following store procedures, and the ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
