Description:
- Provide L2/L3 support for JDA Allocation application and JDA Enterprise planning
- Handle incident management including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution within SLA
- Analyse and resolve data issues (master data / transactional data), Batch/job failures , Integration failures
Monitor production systems and ensure application availability & stability
Mandatory skills:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in JDA Allocation.
- Experience in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and data fixes
- Ability to analyse logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Solid understanding of data flows between ERP systems, WMS systems and allocation systems.
• Experience in batch job monitoring, scheduling tools, and job failure handling
