Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards (OOPS concepts, SOLID principles).

- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.

- Develop system architecture designs for large-scale applications and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- 8-13 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Multithreading, Algorithms, Problem Solving.

- Robust leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience working with Generative AI tools like LLM models.
