- Experience in Backend or Full Stack Development

- Familiarity with Bitbucket, Git and Agile/Scrum

- Knowledge of Linux and Middleware (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss)

- Understanding of System Design, Design Patterns and System Integration

- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Performance Tuning and Monitoring

Non-Technical Skills:

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong Understanding of Business Requirements

- Self-Motivated
