The Role

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer who has built, shipped, and supported applications in production, not only in development environments. You will own features end to end: requirement, design, build, test, deployment, and live support.

What You Will Do

- Build and maintain web applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services
- Build frontend features and integrate them with backend APIs
- Write efficient SQL and work with relational databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack
- Write unit and integration tests, and take part in code reviews
- Work with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver features to production

Must-Have (please apply only if you meet all of these)

- 4–5 years of hands-on Java development experience
- At least one application you have personally taken to production and supported live
- Strong Core Java: OOP, Collections, Exception Handling,



Java 8+
- Robust Spring Boot and REST API development experience
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong SQL with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Comfortable with Git, Maven/Gradle, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI

Good to Have

- Microservices architecture
- Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of application security and performance optimisation

- Your experience is mainly in support, testing, or maintenance without development ownership
- You are not open to working on-site in Pune
