Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java applications.

- Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure application performance and quality.
