We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and distributed caching technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and services in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 8 and above versions.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.

- Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.

- Implement caching solutions using Redis, Hazelcast, Ehcache, or similar technologies to improve application performance.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Create technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
