Skilling Counsellor

Work Mode: Work from Home

Working Hours: 4 - 5 hours per day

Salary: 10,000 per month

Preferred Background: Social Work / Sociology / Psychology

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with leads from Naukri, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Counsel candidates about training programs, job opportunities, and internships.
- Understand candidate interests, address queries, and support conversions.
- Maintain calling records and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and achieve calling and conversion targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.
