- 5+years' experience in a Technology Change Management program focused on ensuring relevant Change Management procedures, controls, and best practices are followed (including reviewing Change Requests for authorization as prerequisite work for CAB meetings)
- Experience using and administering ticketing tools such as Service Now.
- Review and analyze Change metrics and report metrics to leadership, if needed
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of Change Management systems and applications

Positive to have:

- ITIL, ITSM, and/or IT Change Management certifications
- Experience with other ITIL practices - (Problem Management, Event, Incident Management, Configuration Management)
- Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
- Understanding and experience with AGILE best practices
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations
