- Educate patients on insurance coverage, claims processes, and assist them in navigating insurance-related concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IVF packages, pricing structures, and any changes in financial policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and support for patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Offer compassionate support and reassurance to patients, addressing any financial queries or concerns they may have.
- Ensure accurate and confidential handling of all financial documentation and patient information.
