Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate ITI Trainer to provide technical training to newcomer employees. The candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical sessions, developing technical skills, and preparing trainees for employment in the relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for newcomer employees.
- Teach technical subjects related to trades such as Electrician, Carpenter, Fitter, Welder, Machinist, and Electronics.
- Demonstrate the safe and proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Evaluate performance through tests, practical assessments, and projects.
- Monitor attendance, progress, discipline, and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and training procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees to improve their technical skills.
- Maintain training records, assessment reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with industry partners to understand current technical skill requirements.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in a relevant technical trade.
- Relevant technical knowledge and practical hands-on experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Strong classroom management and trainee-handling skills.
- Knowledge of industrial tools, machinery, and safety practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing training materials and reports.
- A willingness to guide, motivate, and develop employees.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 35,000 per month

Location: Aundh & Baner Pune Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
