Hiring: ITI Helper / Technical Helper

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical

We are looking for motivated and hardworking ITI Helpers to support our technical and manufacturing teams. The selected candidates will assist with machine assembly, electrical and mechanical work, material handling, and general shop-floor activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians and engineers in electrical and mechanical assembly work.
- Support machine assembly, component fitting and basic wiring activities under supervision.
- Help with cable preparation, tool handling and material movement.
- Assist in arranging and identifying electrical and mechanical components.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow safety instructions, work procedures and quality standards.
- Support technicians during machine installation, testing and other shop-floor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or a related trade.




- Freshers are welcome; relevant industrial experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of tools, components and workshop activities is preferred.
- Willingness to learn technical and manufacturing processes.
- Good discipline, teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work at the Ambattur, Chennai location.
