Cwin Infotech is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Trainer & Project Coordinator to join our Chennai team.

The ideal candidate should have strong IT technical knowledge, communication skills, training experience, and project coordination capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical IT training, coordinating real-time and academic projects, mentoring candidates, monitoring their progress, and supporting their career development.

This role requires someone who can effectively handle candidates from training and skill development through project completion and job-oriented preparation.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Training

- Conduct practical and job-oriented training programs for students, freshers, and working professionals.
- Deliver training based on current IT industry requirements.
- Explain technical concepts clearly through practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate candidate performance and skill development.
- Provide individual technical guidance and mentoring.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate and manage IT projects assigned to candidates.
- Guide candidates in selecting suitable project topics based on their skills and career objectives.
- Explain project requirements, functionality, development methodology, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Review project work, identify technical issues, and coordinate with technical resources when required.
- Conduct project reviews, demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations.
- Maintain project status and candidate progress reports.

IT Technologies Candidates with knowledge of one or more of the following areas are preferred:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of training and project activities.
