Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment across all IT technical domains, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, database, data engineering, testing, ERP, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Handle multiple IT technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
- Understand technical job descriptions and use effective Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and assess technical skills, relevant experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and achieve assigned hiring targets.





Technical Hiring Expertise
- Software Development: Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, and Backend.
- Infrastructure & IT Support: Windows, Linux, Networking, Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Application Support.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Cybersecurity: SOC, SIEM, Firewalls, Network Security, IAM, and PAM.
- Data & Database: SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Data Engineering, BI, and AI/ML.
- Testing & Enterprise Applications: Manual/Automation Testing, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Oracle Applications.
- Technical Leadership: Technical Leads, Architects, Project Managers, and Engineering Managers.

Required Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle diverse IT technical requirements independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment trackers.
- Robust focus on recruitment targets, quality submissions, and timely closures.
