The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the backbone of our digital campus, ensuring that our students and faculty have the technical support they need to excel. You will manage a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and help maintain the security and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office technical support for hardware (PCs,



laptops, tablets, printers) and software applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot campus network connectivity (Wi-Fi and LAN).
- Support the integration of digital tools in classrooms, including interactive smart boards and educational platforms.
- Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure the security and integrity of school data through regular backups and system monitoring.

Qualifications Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in IT support, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/macOS, networking, and common software suites.

Communication: Good communication skills to assist a diverse user base.
