: IT Support Engineer (Networking & Infrastructure)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with solid knowledge of networking, firewall management, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Configure and manage firewalls, including VPN, access policies, and network security.
- Manage NAS (Network Attached Storage), including storage, backups, and access permissions.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot load balancers.
- Maintain servers, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, security, and system uptime.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.





Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Sophos, or SonicWall.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN.
- Practical experience with NAS devices, RAID, and backup management.
- Knowledge of load balancers, traffic distribution, and high availability.
- Experience in server administration and network troubleshooting.

Experience: 2–5 years in IT Support / Networking. Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
