Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across all branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and password resets.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Provide support for HRMS, biometric attendance systems, and business applications.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical issues.
- Perform system updates, antivirus checks, data backups, and basic security monitoring.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and technical documentation.




- Provide remote and on-site IT support to all branch offices.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling biometric devices, printers, email systems, and network connectivity.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, antivirus, LAN/WAN, and basic server administration.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
