IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Royal Drive is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and maintain IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, user-access, and IT system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, email, system access, and shared resources.
- Support routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Support servers, CCTV, biometric attendance, VoIP, and other IT systems.
- Maintain IT asset records and assist with hardware allocation and replacement.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Maintain IT support tickets, documentation, and system records.
- Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.

Required Skills




- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linux is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or System Administration.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
