Job Summary

Techrays Technologies. is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (L2) to provide in office IT support at our client's office in CBD Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, antivirus, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and basic router/switch connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, file sharing, email configuration, and backup-related activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues independently and escalate complex issues to the L3 team.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, incident records, and daily support logs.
- Coordinate with client teams and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Travel to other client office locations as required.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any stream; BSc IT, BCA, BE, or Diploma in IT preferred. 2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and IP addressing.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and IT asset management.
- Ability to handle L2 technical issues independently.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to other client locations when required.
