- System and network maintenance: Managing and maintaining hospital servers, networks, and security systems to ensure stability and performance.
- Technical support: Providing help desk support to hospital staff for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Data security and compliance: Protecting sensitive patient data and ensuring the hospital's IT systems comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- EHR management:



Installing, configuring, and managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- System implementation and upgrades: Planning, implementing, and rolling out new technologies, software, and system upgrades to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues with software and hardware in a timely manner.
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analyzing IT data to identify patterns, improve performance, and support administrative and clinical decision-making.
