Job Discription:

- Supervise the daily operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor internet connectivity, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and other communication systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, regular backups, and access control.
- Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and hardware maintenance records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
- Monitor CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, access control, and other IT-related equipment,



where applicable.
- Guide and supervise IT support staff and assign daily tasks.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize system downtime.
- Assist management with IT planning, budgeting, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.

Qualification:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
