Job Overview

Steves AI Lab is looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our team as IT Staff Augmentation Executives. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in IT staff augmentation, client coordination, talent sourcing, and resource management.

Candidates who have previously worked in organizations with 50 or more employees will be preferred. We are looking for professionals with strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills who can contribute to our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and understand client requirements for IT staffing and resource augmentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand technical skill requirements, experience levels, and project needs.
- Source and identify suitable IT professionals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate profiles, resumes, databases, and client documentation.
- Track staffing requirements, candidate submissions, interview schedules, and deployment status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support business development activities and identify potential staffing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular updates on ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely coordination and closure of staffing requirements.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, Recruitment, Resource Management,



or Client Coordination.
- Experience working in an organization with 50+ employees will be preferred.
- Good understanding of IT staffing and resource augmentation processes.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving business goals.
