We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our quality team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of inspection methods, measuring instruments, and quality control procedures. Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Perform in-process quality inspections as per company standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Identify and report product defects, rejections, and deviations.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Support the quality team in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement instruments.
- Understanding of engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn quality control processes.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and shifts, if required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
