Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn & other portals

Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements

Conduct initial candidate calls and profile discussions

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Coordinate with clients/hiring teams on requirements

Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding/joining

Work towards timely closures of open requirements

Fresher Recruiter

Any UG/PG degree

Minimum 2 months recruitment internship experience





Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Experienced Recruiter

Any UG/PG degree

Minimum 1 year recruitment experience

IT / Non-IT recruitment experience accepted

Hands-on sourcing and candidate screening experience
