Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and SAP positions.

- Source candidates through job portals.

- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and functional requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical panels, and hiring managers.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing SAP hiring requirements.

- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.

- Proven experience in SAP recruitment.

- Solid understanding of SAP functional and technical modules.

- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other portals.

- Excellent screening and interviewing skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in offer negotiation and candidate engagement.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
