Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring technical developers, Business Analysts, IT Sales professionals, and other IT-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Recruit for technical roles such as Developers, Zoho Consultants, Business Analysts, and IT Sales professionals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and pre-joining follow-ups.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring technical developers and IT/non-technical business roles.
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Candidate A target-oriented recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Job Types: Full time, Permanent
