Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and follow-up with candidates until they join the company.
- Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by current employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems like Naukri or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing candidates.
