Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
- Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and management.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project progress using project management tools and prepare regular status reports.
- Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when required.
- Ensure successful project deployment, user acceptance, documentation, and project closure.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
