Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Outreach & Networking: Connect with HR teams, talent acquisition leaders, and hiring managers to introduce company staffing solutions and secure recruitment requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by acquiring new corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Recruitment Drive Management: Plan, organize, and execute physical and virtual placement drives, interview schedules, and candidate mobilization programs.
- Client & Employer Relationship Management: Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with employers across targeted regional markets.
- Full-Cycle Coordination: Manage communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely candidate placement and seamless execution of hiring contracts.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any Bachelor's or Graduate Degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, business development,



or recruitment agency outreach.
- Industry Networks: Demonstrated capability to reach decision-makers and bring active hiring mandates to the organization.
- Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and effective relationship-building skills.
- Market Exposure: Prior exposure or existing corporate networks within Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bengaluru, or Chennai will be a strong advantage.
