Role & responsibilities :

Information security & risk ownership for IT assets (policy-based)

- Identify the information asset types processed by the IT assets and maintain correct assignment of those types.
- Identify and address legal and regulatory requirements for the IT asset.
- Ensure IT assets are registered in the group-wide central asset inventory.
- Ensure availability requirements for IT assets are aligned with business needs.
- Ensure proper execution of risk assessments for the IT asset.
- Approve a risk treatment plan for the IT asset, including adequate consultation with the affected PAO.
- Monitor and regularly update the risk treatment plan implementation, and report associated risks and implementation status to the responsible PAO.
- Review and acknowledge consolidated RTO/RPO and availability rating during the consolidation process
- As per requirement, initiate alignments with impacted business units and support risk assessments when business objectives are not met.
- Inform impacted business units and communicate next steps in case of a DR test failure (e.g., retesting).

Business ownership in Projects / IT Products (delivery-based)

- Communicate the product vision and set the product/project roadmap.
- Define product requirements and detail them with relevant SMEs; decide on implementation including prioritization and provide signoff after implementation and test.
- Represent the Project Sponsors interests by shaping an appropriate product and detailing/prioritizing project scope.




- Contribute to solution design from a business point of view in accordance with project objectives, scope, schedule, quality, and costs.
- Sign off product releases before golive; sign off requirements/deliverables produced in the project team (including test results) and accept identified/evaluated risks.
- Ensure and coordinate cooperation with relevant business stakeholders and ensure acceptance in the target business units (including organizational change management preparation for the receiving units).
- Support the Project Manager in structuring the work of the project team to ensure a consistent and reliable plan.

Key Competencies & Skills required

Technical:

- Understanding of IT asset inventory concepts, availability requirements, risk assessments, and risk treatment plans.
- Familiarity with RTO/RPO concepts and DR testing expectations
- Ability to translate business needs into prioritized requirements and release acceptance criteria.
- Proper execution of risk assessments for the IT asset.

Good to have skills:

- Nordic language skills

Behavioral Skills:

- Strong business ownership and decision-making under risk/compliance constraints
- Structured prioritization, scope/value trade-offs, and acceptance discipline
- Proactive problem-solver with robust coordination skills.
