- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations or IT procurement support.
- Understanding of the IT procurement lifecycle, including PR/PO workflows and invoice processing.
- Familiarity with IT assets, software licensing models, and AMC frameworks.
- Proficiency in using ERP tools (such as SAP) and ticketing/tracking systems.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel for financial and asset tracking.
- Valuable communication and tracking skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
