Job Summary

GHD Hotels is looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, systems, servers, networking and technology assets across its hotel properties. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable and updated IT systems, ensuring smooth server operations and providing technical support across locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity across properties.
- Monitor server performance, website hosting, uptime and system availability.
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, hardware and other IT equipment.
- Manage IT inventory, asset allocation, maintenance records and software licences.
- Ensure regular operating system and software updates, firewall maintenance and security patches.
- Implement and monitor data backup, recovery and basic cybersecurity procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, maintenance and vendor support.
- Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, system configurations and asset registers.




- Provide technical support and guidance to employees across hotel properties.
- Conduct periodic IT audits and ensure systems comply with internal security and maintenance standards.
- Travel to GHD Hotels properties as required for installations, inspections and troubleshooting.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network administration or systems administration.
- Solid knowledge of server maintenance, networking, Wi-Fi, hardware and software management.
- Understanding of firewalls, cybersecurity, access controls, system updates and data backups.
- Experience monitoring server uptime and website hosting infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage IT assets, vendors and technical support across multiple locations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to different properties as required.

Experience in the hospitality industry or managing IT infrastructure across multiple sites is an advantage.
