Job opening for IT Manager

Location: Bandra

Reporting to: Senior Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT Operations across Aseema’s schools, offices and centres, ensuring smooth and reliable functioning of all IT systems and technology services.
- Oversee and manage IT Infrastructure including hardware, networking, internet connectivity, software, systems and technology solutions across multiple locations.
- Guide and supervise IT Infrastructure personnel in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity across all Aseema schools and offices and ensure timely resolution of connectivity and technical issues.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and technology needs through regular school and office visits and proactively identify areas requiring improvement or intervention.
- Manage ERP – ENTAB as the key point of contact between Aseema and ENTAB for troubleshooting, implementation, upgrades and system enhancements.
- Coordinate ERP training and user support in consultation with school teams and ensure effective utilisation of the system.
- Explore and recommend the use of AI tools and technology to analyse student performance, track learning progress, identify learning gaps and support data-driven interventions to improve learning outcomes across Aseema schools.
- Oversee management of IT vendors and service providers, including evaluation of technical solutions, monitoring performance, service levels, timelines and deliverables.
- Provide technical inputs for IT procurement, including evaluation and selection of hardware, software, equipment, technology solutions and service providers.
- Oversee maintenance of IT documentation and asset records, including infrastructure, equipment, warranties, contracts,



maintenance and service-related records.
- Prepare quarterly IT reports and dashboards for the Chairperson and Senior Manager – Operations covering IT operations, infrastructure, projects, ERP, technical issues and key developments.
- Analyse IT data and MIS to monitor IT operations, assets, infrastructure, service issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare term-wise LO Tracker reports, including analysis of test and examination scores across Aseema schools at the end of the first and second terms.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology by identifying opportunities to strengthen IT systems, processes, infrastructure, digital solutions and technology utilisation across Aseema.

Ideal Candidate:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure, networking, ERP or technology management.
- Experience in managing IT operations across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of AI in Education.
- Robust troubleshooting, project management, vendor management and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in IT procurement and vendor evaluation will be an advantage.
- Experience in the education or NGO sector will be preferred.
