Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP HANA configuration, customization, and integration with other systems using Zoho tools.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in SAP HANA implementation, customization, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in configuring CRM modules (e.g., Salesforce) for improved customer relationship management.
