Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Lead to manage and strengthen the organization's IT infrastructure, network security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and IT operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure management, firewall and network security, security policies, incident management, IT governance, audits, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead and manage IT infrastructure, network, servers, firewalls, security systems, and IT operations.

Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure and network security controls. Manage firewall, VPN, network access control, network segmentation, and security hardening.

Monitor security systems and coordinate incident detection, response, investigation, and root-cause analysis.

Develop and implement IT security policies, SOPs, processes, and escalation matrices. Ensure compliance with applicable IT security standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support and coordinate ISO 27001, VAPT, security audits, compliance assessments, and remediation activities.

Conduct IT security and infrastructure risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Manage user access, identity management, endpoint security, antivirus, email security, and data protection controls.

Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability requirements. Work with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS and ensure appropriate security controls are implemented.

Coordinate with DevOps, application, network,



and other technical teams on security and infrastructure requirements.

Manage vendors, service providers, IT procurement, SLAs, and technology-related contracts.

Lead IT teams, allocate tasks, mentor team members, and monitor performance.

Prepare incident reports, RCA reports, compliance documentation, MIS, and management reports.

Conduct security awareness and IT security training for employees. Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, security posture, and operational efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, changes, incidents, security controls, and infrastructure processes.

Required Skills & Experience-

4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Operations. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

Experience with firewall technologies such as Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS security concepts.

Experience with ISO 27001, VAPT, IT security standards, compliance, and audit support. Knowledge of IT risk assessment, mitigation, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Experience with IT governance, security policies, SOPs, and documentation.

Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.

Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
